Serving students
TCU has leadership programs involving approximately 2,000 students. Programs include such innovative opportunities as:
  • The Chancellor's Leadership Program
  • The Center for Ethical Leadership and Responsible Citizenship
  • The BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program in the Neeley School of Business
  • Academic minor in psychology of leadership
In addition, there are other leadership opportunities at TCU, including:
  • Student-run offerings such as the Leadership Council and Connections
  • More than 200 student organizations award-winning, strengths-based programming recognized by the Gallup

Impacting Fort Worth
  • Internships and placements in non-profit and public sector agencies
  • The Center for Civic Literacy promoting public participation in civic life 
  • The annual Leadership Institute Dinner bringing together 200 student and community leaders
  • Volunteer service resulting in $500,000 in savings for social service agencies

Developing regional, national and global leaders
  • An award-winning Model United Nation program
  • National and international leadership exchanges such as the West Point Ethics Conference, Leadership Mexico and Leadership Italy 
  • The annual State of Leadership Conference, hosted by TCU
